Apparly is an installed program in the user's computer. Once launched,she can browse and choose an app from the list. Apparly controls the launch and killprocess of the program selected by the user via encryption(Apps contained at Apparly,can not be used with out our client). We also count the time that the program has actuallybeen used, and charge the user according with the payment plant selected.More data on how your program is used
